Recipes

Our four sections provide great recipes for good health: check out our easy healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Look for vegetable and whole grain ideas under dinner, and think of ways to use the leftovers for other dinners or for lunch the next day. For example, have you ever mixed leftover rice with milk for a hot breakfast cereal? Kasha from dinner is great mixed into scrambled eggs the next morning. Every time you cook chicken breasts, make a couple extra to put on sandwiches or salads for the next day’s lunch. Healthy eating isn’t hard, but it does require you to think a little differently and plan ahead. I know that seems challenging in very busy lives; but once you get into the rhythm, you’ll be surprised at how easy it becomes.
