Healthy Eating Guide

Although each person needs his/her own diet, there are some basic healthy eating tips that work for almost everyone:

  • Eat more vegetables (no one ever got fat on just vegetables).
  • Reduce the amount of processed foods you eat.
  • Reduce or eliminate the high-fructose corn syrup and trans-fats from your diet.
  • Drink more water.
